In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "ppvip1", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the ppvip1.biz platform and all associated services.
• "Platform" means the ppvip1 website accessible at ppvip1.biz, including all subpages, casino game interfaces, sports betting interfaces, account management tools, and payment facilities.

• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on the ppvip1 platform or on any other platform operated by us.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for your own personal entertainment purposes.
• All information you provide to ppvip1 during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, current, and complete.

ppvip1 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension, withholding of pending withdrawals, or permanent closure of your Account.

Each individual User is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on the ppvip1 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where ppvip1 identifies multiple Accounts held by the same individual, we reserve the right to close all such Accounts, void any Wagers placed, and withhold any Balances pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a contact telephone number. ppvip1 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at other times at our sole discretion, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of your registered address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds into your Account (e.g., screenshot of your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account).

All financial transactions on the ppvip1 platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ppvip1 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

ppvip1 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Users from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all ppvip1 promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Each User is entitled to claim a given welcome or first-deposit bonus only once. Attempts to claim a bonus more than once — including by creating a secondary Account — constitute bonus abuse and will result in Account suspension.
• ppvip1 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where it reasonably believes that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to staking patterns designed to exploit low-risk wagering strategies to meet wagering requirements.
• Bonuses have an expiry period specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds that remain unplayed beyond the expiry period will be automatically removed from your Account Balance.
• ppvip1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ppvip1 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent activity: Use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments; submission of false identity documents; impersonating another person.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or sports betting markets.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using automated bots or scripted betting patterns designed to exploit promotional terms.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of illegally obtained money.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any ppvip1 content without our prior express written consent. Any unauthorised use of ppvip1's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ppvip1 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failure.

ppvip1's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ppvip1 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may cause temporary service disruptions. ppvip1 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.

ppvip1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision will be reflected in the "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page. Where changes are material, ppvip1 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email or via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the ppvip1 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, and you agree to submit to such jurisdiction for the purpose of resolving any such dispute.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
